In the event that Avsecurebestshop makes a shipping error, it will cover the cost of returning any incorrect or defective items. Refunds are expected to be issued to customers in two to three weeks. This estimate accounts for the time needed for processing refunds, an authorization check, and shipping back to our company. The original payment method is the only way in which refunds can be given. When we make a mistake and send you an incorrect or defective item and you would like a replacement, Avsecurebestshop will cover the cost of returning the incorrect item and sending the correct item via upgraded shipping. ​ An Order Confirmation Number is necessary for all returns. Please include the following information in your email: your original order number, the product’s title, the products’ condition, and the reason for the return. Kindly ensure that the product is returned with an OCN number. Any products that are returned to us without an OCN number will not be covered by us. Shipping costs are always covered by the customer for returns. ​ To ensure that the product has not yet been activated or tampered with, Avsecurebestshop will process the product/license key through manufacturer verification for electronic delivery.
